Tying the knot this May? A national jewellers is giving lucky couples the chance to receive the royal treatment this May, with £2,000 worth of FREE wedding jewellery – but there’s a catch, they have to be tying the knot on the same day as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
To stop the royals stealing one loved-up couple’s thunder this May, Beaverbrooks the Jewellers will make their big day even more special by covering the cost of their wedding jewellery.
To be in with the chance of receiving the royal treatment, all couples will need to do is be able to prove that their nuptials are booked on the same day as Harry and Meghan’s, Saturday 19 May 2018, by providing evidence of their wedding booking.
The lucky nearly-weds will have £2,000 to splash out on their wedding jewellery for their big day; be it a traditional set of wedding rings for the happy couple, bling diamonds for the bride, or gifts for the bridesmaids, flower girls and best men.
Lorna Haddon, diamond ring and jewellery buyer at Beaverbrooks, said: “Harry and Meghan’s big day is set to be the wedding of the year, and all eyes will be on the royal couple this May. Couples who have booked their wedding on the same day might be feeling like their special moment has been overshadowed by the royal occasion.
“At Beaverbrooks, we think that every wedding day should be meaningful, not just the royal couple’s. So, to make sure Harry and Meghan don’t steal the limelight this May, we wanted to give one couple the royal treatment by inviting them in-store to enjoy a £2,000 shopping spree to help them find the perfect jewellery for their big day.”
To be in with the chance of winning the wedding jewellery, couples simply need to enter on the Beaverbrooks website at www.beaverbrooks.co.uk/the-royal-treatment before 30 April 2018.
