The luxury four-star hotel, located in the heart of Northumberland, has delivered its third consecutive year of growth for weddings, after reporting a 20% year-on-year increase in bookings to date for the 2018/19 financial year.

A wedding destination set in idyllic countryside
The 450-acre private estate is set in idyllic countryside with a championship 18-hole golf course and luxurious spa facilities. The manicured estate is home to 50 bedrooms and Northumberland’s largest hotel wedding suite with exclusive banqueting facilities complete with a separate entrance, providing a private atmosphere for weddings. The famous Linden Tree Pub also provides the opportunity for wedding parties to start the festivities early with an intimate dinner the night before the big day.
Situated just off the A1 and half an hour north of Newcastle, the secluded location feels a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of the city. At the end of a tree-lined avenue lies an elegant mansion house, radiating charm and sophistication and providing the ideal backdrop for photographs.
Built in 1812, the original manor house has since been transformed into a stylish hotel.
