From caves to woodlands, beaches to treehouses, the options for wedding venues in the UK are becoming are increasingly creative. People are now choosing the most wacky and wonderful locations to tie the knot and with LPG in their corner, the food options are pretty tasty too.

Handy facts when including LPG in your wedding

Cooking on gas

LPG acts just like natural gas and not only is it perfect for a consistent cuisine whether you are feeding 50 or 500, it is also great for barbecues.

Environmentally friendly

If you are looking for venues out in the wilds, it is good to know that as well as being a clean, low carbon fuel, LPG cylinders are recycled. Your caterer should take care of this and remove cylinders from the venue as part of the catering package

In the groove

For those wanting to dance the night away under the moonlit skies, LPG heaters can keep your guests warm and cosy, wherever the dancefloor.

WeddingLPGKeep the fireworks in the sky

If your special day involves fireworks, your caterers should make sure LPG cylinders are well protected from any stray sparks and the display coordinator knows where they are.

Clear the decks

To avoid any slips or tips, your caterer should keep cylinders stored away from the festivities and merry guests.

Smoke free

LPG has great environmental credentials and is low carbon and smoke free, but it is flammable, so make sure designated smoking areas and LPG aren’t sharing the same space!

Chief Executive of UKLPG, Rob Shuttleworth said: “LPG is extremely versatile and great for giving couples the freedom to entertain and feed guests in remote and magical locations that are off the gas grid, without compromising on food choices and a quality dining experience.”
