Which perfect wedding Venue Will You Fall For?

Brides and grooms-to-be are invited to a unique two-in-one open day to help them fall for the perfect wedding venue.

Set in the heart of the North York Moors, Helmsley is an idyllic wedding location – and couples can now look around two places to tie the knot in one afternoon. 

The Black Swan and its sister venue The Feversham Arms Hotel and Verbena Spa are hosting joint wedding events throughout the year – with experts on hand to talk prospective wedding parties through the distinctive benefits of both.

Nicola Bolden, wedding coordinator for both venues, said: “It really is a fantastic opportunity for brides and grooms – both to experience our beautiful Helmsley location and also to look around two very unique properties within short walking distance of each other.

“We have crackling open fires, a stunning traditional English country garden and three AA Rosette food on offer at The Black Swan.

“Meanwhile at The Feversham we have our legendary outdoor heated pool that will bring a touch of glamour to any occasion as well as the Verbena spa and an array of beautiful wedding areas.”

Look round the hotels and find your perfect wedding venue

Throughout the event, taking place between 12pm and 4pm on July 22 and November 25, the team will be on hand to show you around the hotels and explain the facilities on offer. 
At The Black Swan The Garden Room and The Gallery will both be set up for weddings, showcasing the Garden Room to accommodate up to 50 guests and The Gallery up to 90 guests.
At The Feversham the main wedding room will be set up - and it can accommodate up to 32 guests.

You can also wander through and take in what else the luxury venue can offer for your big day, including the backdrop of the unique outdoor pool.
The Black Swan will be welcoming a select team of suppliers who will be there on the day, including a photographer, florist and wedding cake supplier.

There will also be a wedding dress supplier, jewellers, hair and make-up artist and more.
Wine and canapé samples, which are included within the venues’ wedding packages, will also be on offer.
