Weddings are a joyous occasion to celebrate the love between two people and what better way to commemorate this than making your personalised wedding stand out from the rest by adding extra personal features to the day itself.

Whether it’s table decorations, wedding favours or gifts for your bridal party, Dremel offers a variety of tools to help put your own stamp onto items for the big day. Here are some of Dremel’s top suggestions to help make your special day even more memorable:

Dremals top suggestions for a personalised wedding

Heart Garland

Follow this seven step process to create these beautiful heart garlands using 1/2" plywood and stamped metal. They are stunning decorations that can be used to bring the venue to life and incorporate your wedding colours too, but they can also be kept long afterwards as a memento of the wedding or give as gifts to loved ones after the big day is over.

personalised weddingJarred candles

Whether you’re having a summer or winter wedding, jarred candles can make a lovely table centrepiece. Why not choose the colour of the candle to match your theme or season and use the Dremel 4300 multi-tool (RRP from £139.99) to give the candle a personal stamp by engraving hearts or letters in the wax or the jars themselves and make these centrepieces visually eye-catching for your guests; you could even tailor the candles to the guests’ names at your personalised wedding.

Bespoke jewellery

Something old and something new: why not update old pieces of jewellery and give them a fresh new look for the bride and bridesmaids too? Experiment with the new design for your bespoke wedding jewellery using a notepad and pencil – just a rough sketch will do. Once you’re happy with the design, transfer this to the old jewellery using a permanent marker and engrave into the metal with the Dremel 8220 (RRP £114.86) or use the Dremel Micro (RRP £120.11) for extra precision.

Personalised bottle

Most ceremonies will include a bottle or two of bubbly or wine at the wedding breakfast, but you could also consider creating a personalised wedding neck tag for these bottles using a Dremel VersaTip (RRP £35.75). Using the pyrography application, this could include the couple’s initials, names of the tables included within the seating plan or even romantic words to celebrate the marriage itself. These could also be used as name tags on the table and double up as a wedding favour for your guests that can be kept long after the bottles have been emptied.

Customise glassesCustomised wine glasses

The bespoke neck tags could be taken one step further, with the same design also used on the married couple’s wine glasses. This can be engraved using the Dremel Engraver (RRP £31.55) and these little extras really help to give a personal and thoughtful touch to the wedding.

Personalised wedding photo frames

When the wedding is over, the personalisation doesn’t have to stop there. The Dremel 3000 (RRP £41.99) is the ideal tool to customise picture frames by carvingnames, places or dates to mark the happy memory. These personalised photo frames will be a beautiful new addition to your home to showcase a variety of stunning photos from the wedding itself.
