As well as owning The Loft, which has its own entrance and is completely private, Chris and Mike, also run Venga Restaurant & Tapas Bar and The White Hart on Clevedon Road in Weston In Gordano.
Venga Restaurant & Tapas Bar is available for wedding receptions for those who wish to have a Mediterranean vibe celebration and it has an all-weather garden area as well.
The White Hart is a short drive from the apartment and has an extensive garden area that includes a large central tepee with fire pit, a rum shack and an open-air pizzeria kitchen. It has a patisserie on-site making bespoke wedding cakes and the tepee is available for hire for wedding receptions.
There is also a patisserie at Venga. It provides daytime pastry and cake treats to eat in with a coffee or take away as well as high-end and unusual wedding cakes. The patisseries are headed up by pastry chef Marco Pilloni, who has worked in a Michelin-starred restaurant and cooked for Her Royal Highness the Queen.
There are also lots of pretty cafés in Portishead, a popular historical fishing port overlooking the stunning Severn Estuary, as well as an attractive Victorian High Street.
There is a modern development too, Portishead Marina, with a variety of bars, restaurants and cafés with outdoor seating and offering wonderful views of the yachts and sailing boats moored nearby.
Just five miles from the bustling city of Bristol, The Loft Apartment is great for those wishing to shop with larger retailers too and is close to the M5 for easy access.
As well as all the external amenities, The Loft Apartment has a king-size bedroom with views to two sides, a well-appointed twin room suitable for children or adults alike, a full kitchen-dining room with a sofa and a family bathroom with a shower over bath.
Fibre optic wi-fi, tea and coffee facilities and toiletries are provided free of charge as well as Egyptian cotton bed linen, a flat screen TV with DVD player, a large DVD library and a Bose iPod docking station.
Within the kitchen there is an oven, kettle, toaster and a fridge, as well as a Nespresso capsule coffee machine. Towels and bed linen are provided.
