Marrying amongst the stars made possible as Space & Rock launches to connect truly unique spaces with couples seeking something out of the blue.

Hailed as the ‘Airbnb of the wedding world,’ a new online platform has launched with a mission to connect home, business and land owners with couples seeking a totally unique space for their wedding celebration. Following a successful campaign on the community funding platform Crowdfunder, Space & Rock is set to become the online destination for anyone looking to tie the knot somewhere out of the ordinary, be it an effortlessly cool vintage cinema, high up in a tree top escape or even at a secret lake!

urban wedding LondonVisitors to the website will be able to browse hundreds of hidden-gem spaces up and down the country, searching by region, location type, capacity and facilities available. Search results will then include prices, imagery and a bio of both the spaces and the owners, to give an insight into the personalities and individuality of listings.

And for spaces looking to use the site themselves to market to wedding planning couples, a helpful FAQ will provide information and links aiding the owners with the process of identifying a suitable event space, pricing it appropriately and applying for a Temporary Event Notice before marketing it to engaged couples on a slick and intuitive web platform. Once couples have found their perfect wedding location, they will be able to link up with local, recommended suppliers to ensure their day goes ahead without a glitch.

Uniting a community of likeminded, passionate and creative suppliers and couples, Space & Rock will not list spaces that are primarily a wedding venue instead finding spaces from hay barns to woodlands, crumbling castles to boathouses and caves to art galleries. There is a space to satisfy all tastes and budgets.
