Celebrity hair stylist David Lopez shares all on styling his A-List clients and how you can achieve the look at home.

Chrissy Teigen is a style and beauty icon for many, with one of her most iconic hair looks isher wavy beach babe locks, we chat to the man behind the brush, David Lopez. He said:“When I was styling Chrissy’s hair, instantly I knew that I wanted to create a clean and classic look. For this I still wanted to incorporate a free flowing texture,” explains David. “To recreate the S bends in the hair I use T3 Micro’s Single Pass Luxe Styling iron and then brush out. For the finishing touches use a hair colour brush and “paint” on SheaMoisture’s Coconut & Hibiscus Curl & Shine Style Milk.” David also gives advice on how to give support for finer locks, “Chrissy’s fine hair needs lots of support for texture. For the texture I sprayed in a healthy dose of Oribe’s Beach Texture Spray after curling. This product gives shine, hold and texture all at once.”

David has also worked on supermodel Hannah Davis’ hair and tells us how we can get her look; “SheaMoisture’s Jamaican Black Castor Oil Styling Lotion gave Hannah’s hair all day protection from frizz without weighing it down. Using this meant that the waves stayed bouncy all day and also gave long term healthier hair.”
