Guests proudly display their hand crafted floral crowns following a workshop and ambassadors’ dinner held by Leeds-based hospitality and event planner Dine at The Mansion, Leeds.

The floral crown making workshop was hosted by wedding floristry specialist Twisted Willow based in Ripon. Owner director Joanna Cairns demonstrated creative uses for the armfuls of flowers, berries and foliage she brought with her - from roses, ranunculus and hydrangeas to rosemary, eucalyptus and ferns.

Guests went on to enjoy a three course ambassador’s dinner which bucked January’s usual abstinence trend by being indulgence-themed.  Matching paired wines were supplied by Hoults wine merchants.

Said PR and marketing manager Marie-Claire Power who hosted the event: “At Dine, we pride ourselves on delivering truly memorable experiences with delicious food guestsin stunning surroundings.  The Mansion is a unique and stylish venue for couples looking for that something special on their big day and ambassadors’ dinners are a way for us to demonstrate exactly what we do.”

Established in 1998, Dine caters for more than 100 corporate events and 200 weddings a year as well as offering exclusive private dining. The company provides event services for organisations ranging from English Heritage and the National Trust to the owners of some of the UK’s most notable private houses.
