Hair

Get your hair cut or died at least a week before your wedding. This will leave time for your hair to settle down and give you a more natural look on the day.

 Exfoliate

Use a body scrub regularly in the shower this will remove any dead skin cells and leave your skin soft and glowing. It will also provide a perfect base for your spray tan and will help to prolong your honeymoon glow.

Feet

In the months leading up to your big day, use a pumice stone on your feet daily. Many people don’t moisturise their feet but it’s a must! Moisturising your feet regularly will prevent hard skin from developing as quickly, simply pop your moisturised feet into socks while you sleep, allowing skin to renew itself overnight.  Feet will become softer, smoother and less likely to blister in your beautiful wedding shoes enabling you to party on into the night.

Legs

Ensure your legs are wedding and honeymoon ready by preparing well in advance. Shaving is a temporary solution, and we all know too well that stubble can re-occur in less than 24 hours.  Legs will be silky smooth and feeling beautiful in a matter of weeks with no!no! Hair PRO – the latest innovation in home hair removal that uses ThermiconTM technology, a gentle imperceptible wave of heat that removes hair in minutes. Water

Carry a water bottle with you wherever you go. This well help you keep hydrated, minimising dry skin and maximising your energy levels.

 Sleep

It may be an obvious solution, but it can be hard to sleep when you have so much running through your mind. Get into the habit of having a minimum of 8 hours sleep and a solid night time routine. Relax, have a bath, avoid heavy foods before bed and swap your regular cuppa for a camomile tea.  Stick to the above and not only will you feel refreshed, your skin will look a lot better too.

Skin

Wedding prep, hen do, lack of sleep, stress... all can lead to your skin looking and feeling a little dull. Ensure you achieve a pre-bridal glow by choosing an intensely moisturising face cream, to help rejuvenate dry and damaged skin. NEOVA’s Crème de la Copper is an anti-ageing moisturiser recommended by over 2,500 plastic surgeons which boasts a unique combination of Copper Peptides and DNA Repair Enzymes providing the perfect equilibrium to repair, remodel and reform skin. Eyes

The telling sign of pre-wedding stress and lack of sleep is when bags form underneath your eyes. Choose a moisturising eye cream and dab underneath the eye and on to the lid to ensure the eye area is kept bright and moisturised.

Enjoy!

Most importantly ... enjoy your wedding planning, hen-do and big day! Take everything in your stride – any problems that arise can be solved and are not worth getting stressed over. Your big day will only happen once so make sure you enjoy every single moment.
