What’s in store for 2017

Due to the Coronavirus, we are now working from home, if you need to contact us urgently please email: emmah@euromedia-al.co.uk

In May the girls from Caroline Clark Bridal Boutique, Droitwich visited the White Gallery, London’s top bridal exhibition to see what is in store for 2017 brides.

FLORALS

Floral details are huge for 2017, bringing a breath of fresh air to bridal. Whether you opt for a
full oral print gown, 3D oral embellishment or delicate oral embroidery on your veil, there is a choice for every bride.

CAPES

Brides at Caroline Clark Bridal Boutique are always looking for a way to cover their shoulders and designers have come up with this fabulous solution. Delicate lace short capes, solid satin ngertip capes and full length (complete with train) organza capes could be seen all over the bridal catwalks from top designers.

COLOUR

2016 saw the introduction of pastel coloured gowns and for 2017 the palette has widened. Choose a pretty peach gown or a burgundy show stopper to cause a stir as you walk down the aisle.

OVERSKIRT

Our absolute favourite trend for 2017 is the fantastic bridal overskirt. From soft a-line tulle overskirts to oral patterned owing overskirts, this trend gives you two looks in one and creates the illusion of soft layers. Perfect for brides who can’t choose between a full and fitted skirt.

SEPARATES

Called the Olivia Palermo look, separates are taking bridal fashions by storm. Separates mean brides can create a completely bespoke look by mixing and matching their favourite tops and skirts. We can’t wait for our range of separates to arrive and give brides a choice of fabulous looks.

RUFFLES

Perfect for girls who love to have fun. Whether it’s expansive layers of tulle or owing organza, no two ru e skirts are the same. Creating movement on your perfect gown, these whimsical skirts add lots of texture.

STRAPS & SLEEVES

Strapless gowns will always be in style, but gowns with straps and sleeves had a major catwalk moment. With long lace sleeves, cold shoulder gowns and uttering lace cap sleeves, there is a sleeve for everyone

Other micro trends for 2017 include:

• Texture- from 3D embellishments to textured fabrics
• Deep V plunging necklines- with or without the illusion panel.
• Simple and elegant designs- from satin fabrics to clean shapes.

We can’t wait for our new gowns from Stella York, Ivory and Co, Tres Chic and Sadoni to arrive with these fabulous trends to ensure our brides can create their perfect wedding day look.
