Jimmy’s humble beginnings is an incredible story of borrowing tables and chairs from his neighbouring church to set-up his first restaurant in his front room only 4 years ago. Today he has earned the title of ‘London’s Pop-up King’, with launch of his book Social Eats, regular TV appearances, a raft of celebrity bookings and his residencies continuing to sell-out months in advance.

Whilst creatively is important and Jimmy’s team have designed edible pear trees, smoking starters, chocolate gardens and exploding Toblerone dessert, the incredible taste isn’t sacrificed. For standing receptions Jimmy is notorious for his decadent feasting stations that have included a build-your-own-burger bar with options of Aberdeen Angus beef, butternut squash falafel and maple bacon. For seafood lovers he has created fresh seafood bars with Madagascan king prawns with lobster Marie Rose sauce, hand dived scallops (seared to order), Malden oysters with shallot vinegar and wild seabass ceviche bringing theatre to the occasion.
