Koroneiki variety apart is its organoleptic attributes and low acidity oil, which deliver a unique flavour with a concentrated taste and rich aroma. The Koroneiki olive groves used are organically treated and naturally irrigated by underground mountain springs, then harvested by hand each year from October to January.
