Britain's Best Proposal

When it comes to celebrating love stories, hen and stag experts Red7 have decades of experience. After helping thousands of couples party their way into married life, it’s time to go back to the beginning and ask: did your other half give you Britain’s Best Proposal?

Celebs have long been flaunting their beloved’s OTT proposals on social media, but Red7 wants to prove that, when love is in the air, the British public can be just as extra as any A-lister.

Hazlitt Hotel Group re-writes the rules of engagement for 2016’s Leap Year

Hazlitt Hotel Group, Georgian boltholes in London’s fashionable and lively neighbourhoods, is re-writing the rules of engagement for the 29th February.

2016’s Leap Year will revive traditional Valentine’s Day customs, when men take control of courting, and instead encourage women to grasp the reins of romance and be forthright with their proposals. Comprising The Rookery, Batty Langley’s and Hazlitt’s, the privately owned hideaways are reminiscent of aristocratic household and marries period charm with the needs of today’s sophisticated traveller.

Firstly, Clogau is a rare Welsh gold brand, with actually the rarest gold in the world!

Also a piece of Clogau gold was gifted to the Royal family during Queen Victoria's reign so Clogau gold still remains in the Royal family with jewellery being made from this. Customers can design and build their very own engagement ring using Clogau's inshore app technology for their Compose engagement rings, seen below.

Dogs Trust Wedding Favour

As you prepare to embark on the most important day of your life, there are so many things to consider – from chasing RSVP’s to planning bridal party outfits and not to mention organising favours. While you’re putting the finishing touches to your big day, why not spare a thought for thousands of homeless hounds across the country who are not yet lucky enough to find ‘the one’, and instead of opting for traditional edible favours, make a donation to Dogs Trust, the UK’s largest dog welfare charity, on behalf of your guests.
